Abstract :
One of the problems faced by Indonesia is the problem of poverty and inequality. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is an effort to accelerate poverty reduction. PKH Beneficiary Family Members (KPM), do not always get this assistance program. KPM members will be re-data again every period to determine if they are still eligible or not receiving this assistance. After this re-data collection will produce a PKH beneficiary with a graduated status. Graduation is the end of KPM PKH membership due to an increase in socio-economic conditions. To determine the recommendations of KPM PKH to be graduated in Uteran Village, they still use a deliberation system and questionnaires via paper, therefore a software is needed along with a decision support system so as to shorten the process of ranking recommendations for PKH members to be graduated. This decision support system uses the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method which can perform problem solving or decision making more quickly so as to make it easier for PKH assistants or village officials to make decisions on selecting KPM to be graduated by taking into account predetermined criteria. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for PKH assistants to provide alternative decisions for making PKH KPM members who will be recommended for graduation by taking into account several predetermined criteria. The end result of this research is a website-based decision support system by implementing the WASPAS method in it.
