Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to help with problems that occur in recording the results of
monitoring larvae in RW 11 Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta. The problem that occurs is
the recording and monitoring of larvae which are still carried out by Jumantik
Environmental officers manually on paper media and have not yet implemented the one
house one Jumantik movement (G1R1J). This causes delays in the process of reporting
the results of larva monitoring records. So it really needs a mobile-based technology
system that supports larva monitoring activities that can be carried out by each
independent jumantik. The method used for developing the application is the Waterfall
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, which consists of the stages of
analysis, design, application development and testing, as well as the Sequential
Searching method to facilitate data search. Data collection was carried out through
observation, interviews and literature studies. Application testing is carried out using
black box testing and time testing. The result of this study is an android-based jumantik
activity monitoring application that is used to record the results of monitoring larvae by
independent jumantics and the environment, reports recording, progress of monitoring
larvae and see ABJ (flick-free value) in RW 11 Cilandak Barat.
