behavior of an employee, especially at PT. PLN (Persero) UIW S2JB UP3 Lahat the
assessment can be done by conducting an assessment of various criteria to build a
website-based employee performance appraisal decision support system using the
method Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and provide easy assessment related to
employee performance. The method used in this study is the author uses the Analythical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method has 4 stages of calculation, namely
creating a hierarchy, evaluating criteria and alternatives, determining priorities, and
logical consistency. The result is that the employee who has the highest score is Jessica
Arthauli with a score of 0.831857, then the second highest is KMS Febri Aditya with a
score of 0.652324, and the last order is Rogaya Mardiana with a score of 0.56125, and
for testing the accuracy of the calculations on the system and manually using the MAPE
method with an accuracy of 88%, in addition to the results of the questionnaire test with
TAM, the model from the DSS that has been developed using the AHP method is very
suitable for the user's needs, so that the test value is obtained based on the average value
of the linear scale score, which is 41 , and based on the scale table, the value of 41 is
included in the "Very Appropriate" (SS) category, so that the suitability value gets the
test results with the value of the questionnaire being 82%. which has been developed
based on user needs. The application of a decision support system for evaluating
employee performance using the website-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
method will simplify and speed up the process of performance appraisal in generating
rankings related to employee performance, so it is easy to know which employees have
the highest to lowest performance scores.
