Abstract :
This research is entitled "The Implementation of SAW Method on Decision-Making Supporting System in the Selection of the Experts' Qualification in a Project". This research aimed to improve the decision-making system in the experts' qualification selection, to help PT. Tridacomi Andalan Semesta in the experts' qualification selection, to implement the SAW method in predicting the fixation of prospective experts, and to produce a system that supports the registration and selection process of the experts. The qualitative research method was used in this research with fairly high accuracy and is worth being implemented in the selection process of the experts' qualifications. The SAW method was implemented to select the experts' qualifications based on 7 criteria, Educational Background, Work Experience, Years of Work, Certificate of Expertise, Age, Address, and Salary. From the manual counting process, the SAW method gained a result of a ranking of experts with Ir. Kadir as 1st place (0.94), Sudirman, ST as 2nd place (0.84), Acil, ST as 3rd place (0.54), Radhiatul, ST as 4th place (0.53), and Abdul Rasid, ST as 5th place (0.48). The ranking may be a recommendation for the company in deciding to choose the experts from the 1st place as the highly recommended experts
