Abstract :
Biomass is a material that comes from living things, namely animals, plants, microbes, biomass is energy used for fuel obtained naturally or artificially which can be renewed. Solid waste obtained by palm oil mills ranges from 27-30% per tonnage of processed palm oil. Palm oil mill waste is actually disposal which is part of the environmental pollutant, but can be utilized as a source of electricity generation. Power potential generated from PT. Union Sampoerna Triputra Persada Group which is located in three districts of Central Kalimantan province with a capacity of 60 tons/hour in 2018, namely fiber 4.08 MWh and shell 2.06 MWh. In 2019 fiber 3.81 MWh and shell 1.94 MWh. 2020 3.73 MWh fiber and 1.91 MWh shell. In 2021 fiber is 3.75 MWh and shell is 1.92 MWh, in 2022 fiber is 5.68 MWh and shell is 2.21 MWh. With the power generated by the generator, the amount per tonnage of shell and fiber biomass is obtained. 1 ton of fiber used as fuel produces an average of 430 kWh ? 440 kWh. 1 ton of shell used as fuel produces an average of 440 kWh ? 450 kWh.
