Abstract :
Indonesia is still facing challenges in electrification and efforts to optimize the cost of
electricity provision (BPP). One approach that can be taken is by utilizing renewable energy,
specifically by using an On-Grid solar power system. A study was conducted by taking
samples in the Serpong Tangerang Selatan Residential Area. In this design, Homer Pro
software is used to determine the optimized configuration of the renewable energy system
from an economic perspective. The simulation model design results in an NPC value of
$16,052.96 or equivalent to Rp.237,538,808 with a price of Rp/kWh at 0.1051393617 $/kWh
or equivalent to 1,556.06 Rp/kWh. The simulation results also show that the system
configuration using solar panel components will be able to reduce the cost and quickly
recover the initial investment.
