Abstract :
The electric power system in general includes power plants, power transmission lines,
substations to the electricity distribution network which in real time operational
management requires schemes to carry out electrical system rescue in the event of an
outage condition, both distribution system outage and system outage. generation. To
predict the failures of the distribution system and generation system, it is necessary to
analyze the contingency so that criterion N-1 can be met. As with the electricity of the
Southeast Sulawesi Sub System, which is partially supplied by the Inter Bus Transformer
Wotu 275/150kV 90MVA, a contingency analysis needs to be carried out to mitigate the
widespread impact of this contingency. Contingency is an event caused by the failure or
outage of 1 or more generators and/or transmissions. In terms of this analysis was carried
out to photograph the condition of the 275/150kV 90MVA Wotu Inter Bus Transformer if
an outage occurs to one of the generating units in the Southeast Sulawesi Sub-System.
The analysis used in this study was to use the DIgSILENT Power Factory 15.1 software
with post-contingency N-1 results with the outage case of one large generator unit at
PLTU DSSP Moramo, an increase in the load of the Inter Bus Transformer 90MVA Wotu
transformer, an increase of 34.1% from before the contingency by 78.6% or 70.10 MW
to 138.1% or 123.9 MW
