Abstract :
In making a three-phase transformer CAD, it must have several settings, setting functions in a three-phase transformer CAD in order to get results that are in accordance with this research. The function of a three-phase transformer CAD in everyday life is utilized as planning for making transformers, comparing software test results with direct tests and minimizing errors in making transformers. The CAD of three-phase transformers in various transformer production plants is very important in order to minimize losses in the event of a test failure. The background to this problem, researchers conducted research on the results of running a three-phase transformer CAD with the help of Solidworks 2022 software to create a transformer CAD design and ANSYS ELECTRONICS SUITE 2022 software to run a three-phase transformer CAD. In this study, there are 2 CAD, namely CAD three-phase winding transformer made of Copper and CAD three-phase winding transformer made of Aluminum. The data taken in this study are nameplate data on a three?phase transformer with a capacity of 1000 KVA with a wet transformer type. The results obtained in this study are 7, namely current versus time graph, input voltage versus time graph, induced voltage graph over time, core-loss graph over time, flux linkage graph over time, eddy current loss graph over time and hysteresis chart loss against time. Researchers can display FEM (Finite Element Method) to see the value of the magnetic field that is obtained after the transformer is run from 0 ms to 100 ms.
