Abstract :
PT PLN ULP Ujung Berung is very concerned about the sale of electricity.
Data accuracy taken from the meter determines amount of energy consumed,
especially in customers with large transaction values, for example in 3-phase
customers. The 3 phase meter condition has now digitization using electronic meters.
However, the meter measurement results may no longer precise enough to be used as
the basis for calculating the customer's electricity bill, for example, the transformer is
saturated for a certain period of time or the meter stand reading is inaccurate. In
addition, there are prevention efforts with meter inspection team but it is not
proportional enough with the customers in PLN Ujung Berung area, so research
needs to be done to better anticipate energy transaction mismatches. This research
uses a quantitative approach by the AMR database utilization in the AMICON software
to determine the DLPD category customer data that needs to be analyzed for monthly
energy usage and load profiles, then field measurements are made using comparable
measuring instruments for further calculation of the shrinkage value. The results of
the study, in the DLPD under voltage category, found a shrinkage value of 3280.21
kWh or Rp 5,574,815.00.- so that the AMR method can be used to analyze conditions
when there is a discrepancy in energy measurements..
