Abstract :
Every agency generally conducts an assessment of each employee, lecturer performance
has a level of achievement in the implementation of activities/programs/policies in
realizing the goals, objectives, mission and vision of the organization contained in the
formulation of the strategic plan (strategic planning) of an organization. Therefore, the
author examines the combination of the AHP method and the Vikor method for assessing
the performance of lecturers at the PLN West Jakarta Institute of Technology. VIKOR
method is able to provide optimal results in ranking the selection process of five
employees with seven criteria through an index system. While the AHP weighting is not
only done to get the weights but also to test the consistency of the weights. A combination
of AHP and VIKOR methods is proposed to cover any weaknesses. This research was
developed using several hardware devices, namely AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon
Graphics 2.10 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM, 250 GB Solid State Drive (SSD) and software,
namely Windows 10 Home 64-Bit Operating System, PHP Hypertext Protocol (PHP). ),
PHPMyAdmin Database Mysql, Sublime Text, XAMPP, Microsoft Word 2016,
Microsoft Excel 2016, Draw.io, Balsamiq Mockups 3, Google Chrome. The indices used
in making this web application are admin index, login index, lecturer data index, criteria
index, alternative index, comparison index using AHP, Ranking Index using Vikor, and
lecturer ranking index. All of these indices are used for a combination of the AHP method
and the Vikor method for the calculation of performance appraisal of lecturers at the pln
technology institute, west Jakarta.
