Abstract :
The promotion of civil servants is carried out for employees who deserve a promotion or class. This promotion is a form of appreciation for the public services that have been provided to the community. So far, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Security of Banjarnegara Regency still provides recommendations for promotion of civil servants based on manual methods for collecting files and calculations manually and at risk of human error in the promotion process. This study aims to help the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Security to implement data mining in processing computerized promotion data and in the form of a website which will be outlined in the form of recommendations for promotion of employees. The variables that will be used in this system are education, years of service, DP3, SKP, Attendance and Integrity derived from the staffing data of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Security of Banjarnegara Regency. This system will be made using the PHP programming language and apply the nave Bayes classifier method in the classification of eligibility for promotion of civil servants. to get the results of testing the classification system that was made using the Confusion Matrix. And the results based on the training model process obtained an accuracy of 83.33%.
