Abstract :
Data management conditions such as data recap of uninhabitable houses in determining
priorities for handling uninhabitable houses at the Lahat Regency Public Housing &
Land Areas Office (PRKPP) are still ineffective and carried out manually. Therefore, to
help ease the task of the Public Housing Service for Settlement & Land Areas (PRKPP)
in Lahat Regency, an application is needed to streamline the analysis process for
determining the priority of uninhabitable houses carried out by the Housing & Settlement
Areas Sector. The AHP - TOPSIS method is a method used to determine the priority of
uninhabitable houses. This study aims to find the best method to determine the priority of
uninhabitable houses to be more efficient and more optimal. For the results of
calculations using the AHP method, it is concluded that the priority of uninhabitable
houses that have the highest scores are Desi Ratnasari (0.916031), Hebi Aravico
(0.864146), and Ahmad Untung F (0.723941). Using the TOPSIS method with the
calculated results having the highest scores, namely Desi Ratnasari (0, 787638), Hebi
Aravico (0, 694596), and Ardiansyah Wahab (0,515791). The results obtained from the
validation using the MAPE method get an accuracy rate of 94% for AHP and 98% for
TOPSIS. So it can be concluded that the TOPSIS method is more optimal than the AHP
method.
