Abstract :
Today's technological developments are growing very rapidly, especially technology such as Artificial Intelligent (AI) which produces products in the form of chatbots as virtual assistants whose job is to manage a human activity, for example, activities for purchasing tokens. This study applies the Natural Language Processing method to interact between computers and humans with natural language. The purpose of this study is to obtain information related to ordering tokens at PT Jasa Kelistrikan Indonesia. The results obtained from this study are that the chatbot is able to respond to questions given related to token purchases. The accuracy obtained in this study is 90%, with these results providing an answer that the chatbot has good performance and is feasible to use.
