Abstract :
In Indonesia there are many companies and have employees who have been placed in various positions respectively. human resources (HR) is the main asset that has a significant impact on the company. Human resources are the main tool for the smooth operation of organized activities because human resources are labor factors that can grow and develop whose efficiency and productivity must be increased. doing research at PT.PLN UP3 Majalaya Bandung aims to design a decision support system for evaluating the best employee performance using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method which is a method of applying a calculation system based on criteria and weighting. This system was created to improve and evaluate the best employee performance. from the calculation results obtained with the best employee performance, namely alternative A2 with the calculation of the final result 0.01 or 1%
