Abstract :
Household electrical breakdown is a common problem for Indonesian people in recent
years. The breakdown can cause more serious impact especially on the electrical
instalation. The government encourages private sectors as well as government offices,
research institutions, and non government organizations to develop systems that can
anticipate disaster, just like early warning system. This research aim is to built an early
warning system on household electrical breakdown that can provide information about
the age of appliance and the exact time to be examined and to be repaired. This research
produces an early warning system interface, a household electric appliance using the
Adaline method by determining the estimating variables (weights and biases) used in
predicting condition household electrical appliances within 7 days, 30 days, 90 days,
180 days, and 360 days. The information displayed are the warning of the appliance age
which consist of condition status of secure, alert, and in danger.
