Abstract :
This final project is testing one of the equipment in the substation, namely the 150kV Power Breaker (PMT). To determine whether the condition of the circuit breaker is good or not, the tests carried out include insulation resistance testing, contact resistance testing, and contact simultaneous testing. From the results of the tests carried out in 2021 when compared to the previous test in 2019 the insulation resistance was not much different and still met the reference standard value. In the contact resistance test the standard value is <100??, from the previous test between the 2019 test and the 2021 data test there was a decrease in the test results. Then in the contact simultaneous testing test it has a maximum standard value of 120 ms, with the results obtained in the previous test, namely in 2019 with the 2021 test when the PMT opens the R and S phases which have increased while the T phase has decreased. Even though the tests carried out experienced a decrease in the results of the tests, they were still within the standard value. There are two discussions about contact resistance testing, namely contact resistance testing and contact resistance testing that is not pure in the circuit breaker test (CB) as well as the testing factor for the impurity of this contact resistance related to power loss because the value of the contact resistance does not meet the standards which will discuss the impact, factors, solutions, and handling of the contact resistance test if the results on the circuit breaker (CB) are not good. Results After testing the insulation resistance, contact resistance, and simultaneous contact test on the PMT equipment, it can be said that the 150kV PMT bay SST 3 is still in a proper operational condition.
