Abstract :
In the construction of a company or factory industry, good planning is needed, including
planning electrical installations. Electrical system planning must refer to the applicable
rules and regulations in accordance with the 2011 PUIL and the 2002 Electricity Law,
this is intended to apply the seven basic principles of electrical installation, namely,
safety, reliability, availability, convenience, economical, aesthetic and environmental
influences. This research aims to ensure the smooth supply of electricity within the
enterprise environment, focusing on the low-voltage sub-distribution that operates
critical equipment and systems. The analysis method involves collecting data related to
electrical loads, usage characteristics, and environmental conditions of the enterprise.
The load of the disrtibution panel which will be the divisor load with a total of 10 MCCB
outputs as outputs of successive panel planning (SDP) DB ? G1A, DB ? E5, DB ? I3, DB
? I1, DB G4, DB H, DB ? G1 B, DB G2, DB G3, DB I2. With a total power of 56,000 W.
This data is then used to identify the needs of current conducting capacity (KHA) and
MCCB rating values which will later be installed as SDP panel planning at PT Indonesia
Kendaraan Terminal with a working system of 380 V / 220 V. From here, panel sub
distribution panel (SDP) planning is carried out by considering normal and safety
standards, equipment performance, as well as potential expansion. The results of the
analysis and planning found that the large capacity of the new SDP panel is to use cables
with the type and cross-sectional area of NYY 4 x 95, mm-2. and an MCCB rating of
200A/3 poles. Where the SDP panel capacity planning refers to the General Regulation
of Electrical Installations (PUIL) standards which are expected to provide clear guidance
for the development, rearrangement, or repair of sub-distribution panels.
