Abstract :
This research is about streamlining energy and efficiency in Steam Gas Power Plants. One of the analytical methods used to find out the energy in the generating system is twofold, namely the energy analysis method and the exergy analysis. In the energy analysis it can be seen the thermal efficiency of a development site can not be known the magnitude of the loss of the system. At Gresik PLTGU, there has been a research on the thermal efficiency of the Gresik PLTGU, but no one has done exergy calculations for the 3-3-1 power plant arrangement, this research needs to be done. Assessment by the author uses the results of performance test data in order to get maximum results. In the calculation, the Block 1 Gresik PLTGU has a thermal efficiency of 59,37% and an exergy efficiency of 52,82%.
