Abstract :
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT STEAM FLOW ON PERFORMANCE HRSG PLTGU PJB UP GRESIK BLOCK 2 UNIT 2.1 AND UNIT 2.3. In the system in the PLTGU this research refers to the efficiency of the tool components. But in this study to determine energy efficiency, where energy efficiency is based on the first thermodynamic law and energy efficiency based on the second law of thermodynamics. The advantage of using HR is to be able to increase efficiency because it utilizes exhaust gas from the gas turbine. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of weekly performance on the comparison of the steam flow in the pjb up gresik block 2 units 2.1 and unit 2.3 to find out what causes the difference in the steam rate in the two units. The method used is a method of calculation based on the heat loss method and HRG efficiency, with the method of the calculation obtained the efficiency at the same load that is 100 MW in unit 2.1 of 72, 58% while in Unit 2.3 of 76.12%
