Abstract :
In the modern era, more and more buildings have sprung up, especially in big cities so that electricity needs are increasing. When there is a problem from the PLN network or the occurrence of a power outage, in this multi-storey building requires emergency electricity supply to prevent undesirable things, Solar power plants (PLTS) are one of the alternative energy resources that can be used, where the working principle PLTS is a power plant that utilizes sunlight and converts it into electricity and besides that also on building objects that I want to discuss is the Summitmas building 1. Where Summitmas 1 does not have enough land to build PLTS but this building has walls that are almost all covered by glass window. This thesis discusses the construction of this PLTS with transparent solar panels in the Summitmmas building window 1. It should be noted the capacity of each component of the PVP. With calculations obtained the characteristics of solar modules used with a capacity of 72 wp, a battery of 3 units, Grid Tie Inverter. Of the 44 solar panels produced the output power when PSH which has been reduced losses becomes 2,693 Kw and the average power per day is 4,09781 KWh so that the annual energy produced is 1496 kWh / year.
