Abstract :
The administration of mail archiving is still done manually because the data is still being processed in the form of the document. In a letter to manually archiving will be at risk of missing and take a long time in the process of bureaucracy that exists in the instance itself. Therefore need to built a system for managing and archiving files letter in the form of webbased applications and android. So the administration process will be made paperless-work system. On the administrative management of TU mail will use the web interface. On the admin web interface, TU will do the archiving of incoming mail will be uploaded to the android applications. After that, on the android interface there will be notification to the user so the user will know that there are incoming mail. So the application that implemented this will further help the Administration section in the archiving of mail. Moreover this application also helps make it easy for users to get notification letter info.
