Abstract :
The study was carried out after PT. PLN (Persero) Sector Lombok PL Tanjung perform analysis of the causes of the declining performance of SPP Gili trawangan 400 kWp. One solution to improve performance is to increase the height of the structure to position the panel so that air circulation becomes better, spared from the shadow of the trees or high buildings around, and can increase power output. On the Solar Panel with the structure of the position of the elevated (string 5.9 and 5.) have a high of 1 by 2 meters High and 2 1.3 meters while the solar panel to the structure of the position has not yet elevated (string 3.7 and 3.9) has a height of 1 by 1.5 meters High and 2 by 0.9 meters. Where in one string there are 16 solar panels which are strung together series which has a power of 180 Wp. Efficiency on the nameplat is 14.5% at 16: 00 hours March 25, 2018 the efficiency of solar cells approach efficiency on the nameplat with the greatest efficiency on the string of 5.9 that is 12.1494%. it's because a lot of things one of them is the influence of the temperature on the panel. A comparison of the difference in the efficiency of the average power ?? between the string of 5.9 and strings 3.7 is 0.68552% on March 24, 2018 and on March 25, 2018 the average ?? is 0.67437%. So with a height difference of the position of the solar panels on the high I 50 cm and a height of II to 40 cm can improve the efficient power of about 0.6-0.7%.
