Abstract :
The electrical measurements (electric meter) is a device that measures total electrical energy consumption by consumers, such as home, market, office, industrial, etc. The company supplier such as PLN, installing electrical gauges are then periodically read the bills and provide electrical energy that has been used. There is a tools for measuring the value of reading and recording the electrical measurements to support a more detailed example KWh meter in general, then there is a tools that is able to obtain information that is more complete electrical measurements of voltages, electric current, total power and a tool called Logmeter. Prototype is needed to implement the research. To support the research is needed the initial requirement to operating the system. The device needs a logmeter, microcontroller, and a GSM modem. By adding an additional microcontroler devices that can be connected to a GSM modem and SMS Gateway facility utilizing the measurements data will be sent . The result obtained in this system in the form of measurement data received to a gadget that can be used to monitor of electrical measurements.
