Abstract :
PT. SUTRA Tbk. Is and industrial consumen group 3 in PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Cengkareng where it so many motor that was operated in this factory and make the consumption of kVAR will be grow up so the value of power factor drop far from the standard value from PLN and make PT. SUTRA Tbk. Pay the difference between operational kVARh and the PLN minimum standard. So it must be placed power capacitor to repair power factor from PT SUTRA Tbk. So PT SUTRA will not pay kVARh penalty anymore, so we must install 3 phase power capacitor with delta circuit with 14.1060 kVAR capacity and the capacitor we will installed is 15kVAR that was produce by manufacturing so that way we must installed 15kVAR with delta circuit and work voltage is 400VAC.
