Abstract :
Valve Automation System is automation which be placed on valve of gas using with big fire mode and small fire mode, which be displayed on monitor from module which be installed. Burner Riello GAS5/2 System use 2 stages, they are big fire stage and small fir stage, module is be installed, it can display the chart of gas using. This module is connected to the monitoring module, data of using burner after burner process has finished, with using monitoring module, it can be gotten the realtime data from using gas burner. Cases Study PT CGS Indonesia is gas consume which over condition, so it can make increasing the chost for buying the gas. Realtime Monitoring Gas Flow System can be displayed data realtime, so it make the based of gas consume, it can decreasing chost for buying burner gas in PT CGS Indonesia for this system.
