Abstract :
To operate distribution system,the voltage level in each every point must meet with the quality standard of voltage (grid code of distribution) where the voltage level limited to 0.9 Vnom ? V operation ? 1.05 Vnom (or +5% and -10% Vnom).This Standard used according to SPLN No.1 Year 1995 .Banyuwedang and Kalanganyar distribution feeder located at Buleleng district Bali province have a voltage below the standard of grid code of distribution.Voltage level at the end of Banyuwedang feeder distribution in Gilimanuk substation is 17,706 kV.Beside that voltage level at the end of Kalanganyar feeder distribution is 18,178 kV.This voltage drop need to improve according to standard set.In this study there will be 2 methods to improve the voltage drop.First method is added Celukan Bawang Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) and the second method is network reconfiguration.In this study will be analyze with Software ETAP 12.6.0.Voltage level at the end Banyuwedang feeder become 19,295 kV,with improvement percentage 8,31%,Voltage level at the end Kalanganyar feeder become 19,295 kV with improvement percentage 5,94%.
