Abstract :
Improving the quality of service of PT. PLN (Persero) is a must for customers or consumers satisfaction. In fact, the power system can be interrupted which causes a partial or total outage of electricity. Frequent electrical disturbances occur in the distribution network because of the lack of reliability of the security system, sensitivity in the security system, selectivity and speed in security. The speed and sensitivity of the protection system in dealing with interference can be set from the OCR and GFR protection settings. In this case, we will discuss about coordination and calculation of relay calculations at Puma Distributors in Bintaro Area. Relay results from the settings obtained show the differences between calculation settings and real field settings. The value from the calculation of the relay time setting on the incoming feeder side is 0.93 with the TMS value being 0.26 and the outgoing side of the feeder is 0.29 seconds with the TMS value being 0.19. This value proves that relay work in outgoing relays is faster than incoming work.
