Abstract :
The medium voltage distribution system has a wide area and is close to the customer so that there are susceptible to disturbances that can cause disruption to the distribution system. Air channel disruption in the distribution network is temporary and permanent, but most are temporary. More than 70% of temporary disturbances occur in the airways. This study uses quantitative methods. PBO protection is therefore used and coordinated with OCR and GFR
relays on incoming and outgoing feeders. The results of the settings obtained at GI Duri Kosambi for the feeder Kursi for short-circuit current 3 phase OCR incoming tms=0.249, OCR outgoing tms=0.393 dan PBO tms=0.201. In short circuit 1 phase to ground GFR incoming tms=0.319, GFR outgoing tms=0.212 dan PBO tms=0.106. While the feeders Nikmat the short-circuit 3-phase OCR incoming tms=0.295, OCR outgoing tms=0.451, PBO 1 tms=0.301 dan PBO 2 tms=0.153. In short circuit 1 phase to ground GFR incoming tms=0.432, GFR
outgoing tms=0.321, PBO 1 tms=0.213 dan PBO 2 tms=0.106.
