Abstract :
Real power changes in the electrical system are commonly occurs, considering the needs on electrical energy tend to change moment to moment. As real power is adjusted by increasing or reducing the flow of the steam to the primemover (turbine) which regulated by governor. By adjusting the governor related to control the real power of generator and control the torque on generator shaft. In this thesis dissuced about governor settings in relation real power Load Sharing withal study case generation system PT. Pertamina RU IV. Governor setting on generation system PT. Pertamina RU IV are adjusted Droop 5% on several engine and Isochronous on other several engine with excessively spinning reserve. This thesis also discussed about adjustment on generator shaft torque in relation real power control and generator load along turbine generator efficiency.
