Abstract :
One of the loads in electrical power system is in the form of residential. Residential loads developed linearly with the power consumed in those residential. This is influenced by the power that is available in a house and electrical equipment used in that house and the loads density per km2 which depends on the new residential area, saturated residential area, and solid residential area. Electricity power consumption per house is generally influenced by the number of consumer per house and development of household appliances that use electricity. In this thesis we will study about the development of the loads in residential area with case study in Green Lake Residence by paying attention to the recent problem as well as forecast the progress by using least square method for five years later. Load of Green Lake Residence will increase to 1.156,873 MVA in 2021.
