Abstract :
The imbalance of the distribution transformer load is caused by uneven load spread on each phase of the secondary side of the transformer, So as to cause the current to flow in the neutral conductor, which means it is a losses (I2.R) on the neutral conductor. The magnitude of this losses in the neutral conductor depends on the amount of current and the conductor resistance. This research aims to find out how big imbalance in distribution substations of SP277 and KJ352, amount of loss and then converted into rupiah. This research uses a vectorist method to analyze the losses on neutral conductor of low voltage system. After being analyzed on SP277, the load imbalance was 7,48% (LWBP) and 4,23% (WBP) with losses of 182,68 kWh (WBP) and 27,86 kWh (WBP). And the KJ352 substation 12,90% imbalance (LWBP) and 23,35% (WBP) with losses 42,76 kWh (LWBP) and 18,12 kWh (WBP).
