Abstract :
Modified of re-planning, the one of the spans of the elevated project is the last projct of Bekasi - Cawang - Kampung Melayu (BECAKAYU) East Jakarta, STA 4 + 100.200 - STA 4 + 152.020 using prestressed box girder as the main structure. This span was previously designed to PCI girder as its main structure. Modified into prestressed box girder considering the long span length is 52 meters. Girder box structure has selected because the span already qualified by used box girder. In addition, selected of girder box also by considering the field is quite difficult and long implementated time at the station. This planning begins with the collection of technical data required in the planning, such as : span length, road with and road class. Then followed by explanation of the structure selection type, formulation of planning objectives, and the basics of bridge planning which refers to the regulation of SNI 1725 : 2016, SNI 2833 : 2008, and SNI 2847 : 2013. Determine the design of the main dimension of girder box next stage the load analysis occurs such as : own weight analysis, additional dead loads, traffic loads, wind loads and earthquakes. Next perform structural analysis using computer program. Then from the results of the analysis can be calculated the number of prestress tendons, loss of prestress force, stress controls that occur in the structure, control deflection of structure, and calculating box repetition. The end of this plan is to get the shape and dimensions of the box girder that it can load the works on the bridge, so obtaining the secure structure. From the analysis conducted, obtained the number of strand used as much as 544 strands, the result of the maximum compressive stress that occurred at 26,910 MPa, maximum tensile voltage of -29,034 MPa, maximum deflection of 0,2008 m, main reinforcement diameter using D-25 and shear reinforcement using D-16.
