Abstract :
Development of renewable energy one of them PLTS progressed rapidly. Factor that influence certainly not only sunlight, but the electronic components such as inverter. The inverter converts the DC current into AC current so that the electrical energy generated can be use for AC load.the type of inverter is now widely markete, one of which is the bidirectional sunny Island. At this time, electricity has become a major requirement . Electrical energy in Indonesia is still experiencing a deficit with still many insland and isolated islands that have not received electricity. With the inverter bidirectional sunny Island. is expected to be a solution for the utilization of renewable energy in Indonesia. The inverter bidirectional sunny Island has a good potential for use in areas that have not been powered by electricity at all. This inverter operates with a bidirectional system that has the function of converting AC power into DC power and also converting DC power into AC power. This inverter produces a small harmonic on the sinus output voltage wave so it will not demage the load.
