Abstract :
In this undergraduate thesis aims to determine the material management factors that affect the efficiency of tower cranes in Apartment Vittoria Residence project. As for the background of this undergraduate thesis is because the tower crane transports the material horizontally and vertically and is used to facilitate the work so that the implementation time can be in accordance with the planning so in this undergraduate thesis looking for material management factors that affect the efficiency of tower crane. To search for these effects, a 7-day field observation was made of the material transported by the tower crane and calculated its efficiency and compared the timing of the implementation and the efficiency of the observed results with the planning. The result of this research shows that the efficiency of tower crane observation is 35,9620% with travel time is 1057,2815 minutes for 7 days. Material management factors that affect tower crane efficiency are the location of warehousing and material use.
