Abstract :
In general, the general condition shows more information needed for the public, one of the services chosen is Trans Jakarta, but still exists because there is no control from the company. Therefore there are tools that are able to control the problem. In the design process that will be carried out in either system design or system design, then this prototype tool is able to detect greater load on Trans Jakarta vehicles and design the making of this prototype tool using a microcontroller in other words as a controlling brain, and to detect overload using load excrement sensors cell half bridge strain gauge 50kg. Whereas for overloading the sound using buzzer, the last is the digital button using the 2 channel relay to select the signal on the key. The aim is to minimize accidents or those resulting from passenger capacity on Trans Jakarta.
