Abstract :
Electrical power system at Hydropower Plant Panglima Besar Soedirman play a major role in the production of electrical energy especially in Java-Bali interconnection system. One of the main part of the hydropower plant is a generator that has role of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. To produce good electrical energy the effort is continuity of electricity production. Therefore, study of electrical installations especially on the generator should be good, safe and in compatible with the standards, connected equipment to the generator can operate with the maximum and minimize possible disruption. In design of electrical installation generator will be discussed how the design of installation compatible with PUIL consider some aspects of the current interference of short circuit, nominal current generator and neutral ground generator to select the appropriate equipments.
