Abstract :
The island of Bali is an island with very high tourism activities that require a reliable and economical power supply. Power supply in Bali is currently done by providing thermal generator in the form of power plant, PLTGU, PLTG, and PLTD. Besides, there is a sea cable connecting the Bali system with Java system. Bali system currently uses 150 kV air channel and connected to Java island with 150 kV sea cable in this thesis will be discussed the influence of 500 kV SUTET development between Java and Bali to operating cost in Bali system and make simulation result of production by using Henwood Energy Services, Inc. (PROSYM). From the results of the simulation if the project is done to produce operating costs in 2022 amounted to 377 Rp/kWh.
