Abstract :
Geothermal power plant is a power plant (power generator) which use geothermal as energy mover to operate turbine so can operator generator and producing electricity . Advantages from the geothermal power plant is use source renewable energy as energy rotate turbine and environmentally friendly.Process active geothermal power plant relative more easy compared with PLTU.Because geothermal power plant do not need fuel to produce steam but steam for geothermal power plant coming from well where this well have been in exploration except as so its implied characteristics can be used in power plant.In author writing materials essay,author will try do analysis and evaluation test results power plant capacity average / unit rated capacity (URC) PLTP Ulubelu unit 4 compared with capacity power machine compatible data capacity 55 MW. Unit rated capacity (URC) is capacity average power plant in kilowatt netto which can activated by unit that determined with operation test 72(seventy-two) non stop that regarding to grid code local regions.
