Abstract :
PT. Len Railway System which is engaged in Railway Signaling System, Traction System, Substation System and Telecommunication system should provide a medium of communication that is able to notify the information procurement of goods to be carried out or are being carried out so that the company has officially become a partner can be identify and engage the company in the event of a procurement the Railway Systems PT.LEN this. Steps being taken in this research is data collection is done based on field studies, namely through an observational study, a review is carried directly to the logistics PT. Len Railway Systems. Development of systems using object-oriented analysis method Prototype, which include identification of user needs, prototyping, testing the prototype, refine and develop prototype versions of the product. The result is application of Information Systems E-Procurement in the PT. Len Railway Systems web based which can be implemented via the internet. This application was developed web-based information technology, which uses objectoriented analysis and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and use the Software Sublime, PHP as script language and MySQL database server for processing and tools PHPMyAdmin
