In means to react work effisien factor employee absent is sufficient
important, moreover to link production, salary, achievement etc. tools of
konvensional absent need many intervensi of employee a part of human resources
management, honestly employee, this case possible have data manipulation
absent , if continue control on this proses not surely.
With absent system Speech Recognition, I hope will decrease step of
manipulate absent and will help employee a part of human resources
management to obtain absent data . To implementation this Speech Recognition
System is used a Hidden Markov Models (HMM) method and a Linear Predictive
Coding (LPC) method is used to extract the speech parameter.
