Abstract :
PKBI-ASA clinic is a clinic that can provides services for reproduction health especially for IMS and HIV/AIDS examination. Until now, PKBI-ASA clinic still using manually system that not conformed with data processing. It makes EDP often face some problem in data manipulation procces such as data added, data update, etc. This research is carried out to describe how to make the information system for patient data in PKBI-ASA clinic. Waterfall system in developing phase for solving that problem. This research used data flow methd which contain DFD and ERD. DFD to discribe functional type and ERD to discribe data type. The software to build clinic aplication is Borland Delphi 7.0 and SQL server 2000 is a software to support database. Clinic PKBI-ASA aplication building based on client server. In order to find the conformity level of that software quality, the researcher gave some quitioners for some users such asa EDP, receptionist, and manager program. The quitioners result fact that the new information system can fulfil data processing needs in PKBI-ASA clinic. All user can acces the new information system easily because the system is easy to be used and learned by themself.
