Abstract :
Generally, editing/processing data in the office affairs, administration etc. is text data (*.txt), Course, there are problem if editing data is picture file( *.bmp), other hand necessity data is text data from that picture, so would be made the program that can be used to edit data from picture file. By this program could be got picture data and changed to text file. This program/system use image processing to process pattern from that picture file. The result is processed and implemented in binarry code, then binary code is processed in thr backpropagation neural network that function is deciding for recognize that pattern then implement in the text file.
