Abstract :
Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Propinsi Jawa Barat (Distarkim), in the term
of financial sub section, needs an information system for an office employee expense the
information system of the office employee expense refers to manual system. The manual
system that has been concern nowadays is less effective and efficient. The data system
of documentation in bundle form causes the accumulation stack of document that has
difficulties, in this case, the research, the deceleration of information needs (fulfillment)
and report making (fulfillment), the number of unaccommodating employee.
In this information system development process of the office employee expense,
the writer uses the descriptive research method, which the collecting data the use is
observing by examine the work process directly that has been done in the distance in
order to get clearly illustration from the object observed, interview, that is, making a
dialogue directly with treated arbitrarily people who gives authority in giving the
explanation or information of data needed, and studying literature by finding out
supporting bibliographies in data analyzed technique. The writer uses the method
which is supporting the software according to waterfall whereas for data modeling uses
the structured method. That is DFD (Data Flow Diagram) in illustrating functional
model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to illustrate data model.
After having through this phase in accordance with developing of method
chosen, then in an office employee expense system implementation, the writer has taken
advance in system examination that consist of alpha examination which the examination
uses the method of black box examination focused of software functional requirement,
and beta examination. That is field examination with data tabulating as an accurate
value selection result.
The aim of this study that the write achieved from the making of information
system for an office employee expense is to avoid non accommodate office employee in
employee expense, to help in processing and managing office employee expense, and
finding out office employee expense easily. So that it can make the fast and valid
information.
