Abstract :
Dinas Tata Ruang dan Pemukiman ( DISTARKIM ) West Java Province is one of representing goverment element province of West Java. that has fundamental duty to formulate the operasional policy in planology and settlement major,in west java and to authorize dicentralisation provinsi and another authorithy that has given to governor provinsi of West Java. In every intitution or law intitution, information are very important needed, like Sub Data and Information in DISTARKIM west java provinsi. Sub Data and Information are needed information technology in its intitution. one like data management about data spasial ( map ). sub planology and settement that represent data aggregation which connected with planology problem, above and under the eart surface, like area, location, detail and so on. It will manage data atribute from data spasial sub planology and its settelement., like ID, Class, theme, Title, Scale,etc. The research methode that used is by collecting data from : observation, interview, book study and development phase sistem use waterfall model.The structured data flow methode consisted of DFD to descript functional model and ERD to descript data model.
