Abstract :
To easy preparation data shipping packet and letters, and gift the information of shipping and letters at PT. Nusantara Card Semesta Bandung, needed software which can be process data shipping packet and letters. Based on the problems, so be needed analysis that can be result the crop with found the requirements which be needs for software will be built. Carry out analysis with the requirement analysis, user and facilitate who be needs by software, so that the software which built very useful. Based on problem analysis result before it, the writer uses the method which is supporting the software according to waterfall. Information system shipping packet and letters at PT. Nusantara Card Semesta Bandung was build by using Borland Delphi 7 as program application while for the implementation of database is using MS SQl 2000. Based on the testing, so they can be concluded, the had been success built a software which is be able to assist in the case of shipping packet and letters also be able to show an information that needed by user.
