Abstract :
This Final Script is about queue model analysis with discrete event simulation. The queue happened when the server cannot handle the customer on the same time because of its limited time.
With this simulation we can see how a real system can be represented with mathematical model with all the event in it so the user can make an experiment with the simulation over and over to gain much information from the outcome of simulation without changing the real system.
The keyword of this system is inter-arrival time and service time which both are generated from the continuous probability distribution such as Exponential distribution, normal distribution, uniform distribution and much more.
The simulation it self does not solving the problem, it only gives information for the “What If ?” question, which mean we can speculate with the system parameter in order to gain much information.
