Abstract :
ABSTRAK Pemeriksaan hemostasis adalah pemeriksaan laboratorium yang diperlukan untuk menguji pasien dengan dugaan kelainan perdarahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Hasil Pembekuan Darah (Clotting Time) dengan menggunakan Tabung Kaca berlapis silikon dan tidak berlapis silikon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Lee and White dengan jumlah sampel 20 Mahasiswa / Mahasiswi D-III Analis Kesehatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada yang sehat tidak mengalami gangguan hemostasis. Data dianalisis dengan uji independent Sampel T-test menggunakan SPSS 16.0. for windows. Hasil pada penelitian ini dianalisa uji Normalitas didapatkan nilai p > 0,05 maka data terdistribusi normal dan uji statistik independent Sampel T-test didapatkan nilai p> 0,05.Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik independent Sampel T-test didapatkan nilai p> 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara tabung kaca berlapis silikon dan tabung kaca tidak berlapis silikon Metode Lee and White. Kata Kunci : Clotting Time, Tabung kaca berlapis silikon, Tabung kaca tidak berlapis silikon, Metode Lee and White.   ABSTRACT Hemostasis examination is a laboratory examination required to test patients with suspected bleeding disorders. This study aims to determine the comparison of the results of blood clotting (clotting time) by using a silicone-coated and non-silicone-coated glass tube. This study used the Lee and White method with a sample size of 20 students / D-III student health analysts STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada who are healthy and do not experience hemostasis disorders. Data were analyzed by using the independent test Sample T-test using SPSS 16.0. for windows. The results in this study were analyzed the normality test, the value of p> 0.05 was obtained, then the data were normally distributed and the independent statistical test.The T-test sample obtained a value of p> 0.05. which means that there is no significant difference between the Lee and White Method of silicone-coated glass tubes and non-silicon-coated glass tubes.
