Pembimbing (I) Prof. Dr. AminuddinKasdi, M.S.; (II) Prof. Dr. Wahyu Sukartiningsih, M.Pd.Kata Kunci : Model Kooperatif Course Review Horay, Aktivitas Belajar,Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis.Penelitianini bertujuan 1)untuk menjelaskan adanya perbedaan aktivitasbelajar siswa kelas IV SDN Sidodadi II/154 Surabaya antara pembelajarandengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay berbantuan media powerpoint dan modeldiskusi dalam pembelajaran IPS tema Pahlawanku; 2) untuk menjelaskanadanya perbedaan keterampilan berpikirkritis siswa kelas IV SDN Sidodadi II/154 Surabaya antara pembelajarandengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay berbantuan media powerpoint dan modeldiskusi dalam pembelajaran IPS tema Pahlawanku.Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen.Desain yang digunakan ialah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas IVSDN Sidodadi II/154 Surabaya.Teknik pengumpulan data pada variabel aktivitas ialah menggunakan lembarobservasi, dan untuk variabel ketrampilan berpikir kritis menggunakan lembarsoal pretest dan posstest. Analisis data untuk menjawab hipotesismenggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik uji-t (t-test).Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pada aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil analisis nilai N-gain kelas eksperimenmenunjukkan nilai 0,40 yang artinya peningkatan berkategori sedang. Pada kelaskontrol diperoleh nilai N-gain sebesar 0,19 yang artinya peningkatan aktivitasbelajar siswa di kelas kontrol berkategori rendah. Selanjutnya hasilanalisis statistik deskriptif data ketrampilan berpikir kritis menunjukkan adaperbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, yakni sebesar 14,88 dimana dikelas eksperimen sebesar 86,70 dan di kelas kontrol sebesar 71,85. Berdasarkanhasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajarankooperatif tipe course review horay berbantuan media powerpoint berpengaruh terhadap aktivitasbelajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV dalam pembelajaran IPStema Pahlawanku.ABSTRACTParamananda, Hutomo Putri. 2019. Usingdesign of Nonequivalent control groupdesign. The research subject is grade 4 students of SDN Sidodado II/154Surabaya. Collecting data technique of activity variable uses observation sheetand for critical thinking creativity is used pretest and posttest. Dataanalysis to prove the hypothesis use descriptive statistic and T-test statistic.Theresearch result shows that there is enhancement of students activity treatment. The results of the N-gain valueanalysis the experiment class shows a value of 0.40 which means an increase inthe medium category. In the control class, the N-gain value was 0.19, whichmeans an increase in student learning activities in the low category for controlclass. Further more the result of critical thinking creativity descriptiveanalysis shows that there is different of control class and experiment class,about 14,88 which experiment class with 86,70 and controll class with 71,85.Based on the analysis results, they can be concluded that cooperativelearning model of Course Review Horay supported by PowerPoint Media Media influences learningactivities and critical thinking skills of fourth grade students in socialstudies learning theme of my hero.
