Abstract :
Friska Novianti is the author of a thesis with the title Implementation of the Class Management Approach in Improving PAK Learning Discipline for Class XII Students of SMAN 2 Tana Toraja through the guidance of Marthinus Kabe,' M.Pd. (Supervisor 2). Based on the author's observations at SMAN 2 Tana Toraja, students' PAK learning discipline is very lacking. This needs to be improved through the implementation of a classroom management approach. This research aims to determine a relevant classroom management approach in improving the learning discipline of class XII students in PAK subjects at SMA Nelgelri 2 Tana Toraja. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) proposed by Kurt Lewin and Mc. Taggart, which has 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out in class XII IPS 2 at SMAN 2 Tana Toraja with a total of 21 students in the second cycle. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation with a success indicator of 75%. The research results in cycle I reached 52% which had not yet reached the success indicator, in cycle II there was an increase reaching 95% who had achieved the success indicator. The conclusion is that the implementation of a classroom management approach can improve the learning discipline of PAK class XII students at SMAN 2 Tana Toraja.
