Abstract :
This research is purpose to recognize the decision making dynamics a chief of organization in the achievement Unit of activities student UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the student organization which have a figure of chief that highly active in the organization, or involvement on the various events that are related with the decision making, therefore, this representation could be large basic knowledge to others society. Subject of this research is Three Chiefs of the achievement Unit of activities student UIN Sunan Kalijaga, they currently have been active in lectures, both of Male and Female. In addition, the significant others is amount of one in different subjects, whereas there are from colleagues in that organization. This research has finished with applied a qualitative method, with the qualitative descriptive approach and analyzed with applied of description, categorization, conclusion, and analyzed that contained with technic triangulation. The results of this research is showing that the decision making a chief of organization in the achievement unit of activities student UIN Sunan Kalijaga is a process acquiring of decision with consideration of various information in real field condition, with several agreement aspects of members who involved on that process. Dynamics of that process have involved of aspects the decision making, among of that rational, information that provided, responsible, protecting members, caring with psychology members, and at last communicating to the decision making. Factors of the decision making that is concepts, innovative ideas, solves, egaliter attitudes, ethics, conducive environs, members obedient, emotions, risks, efficiency timings, estimations, and capabilities of body languages into conversation of the decision making forum.
